Innovate, harmonise, optimise.

It is “survival of the fittest” for capitalism.

  1. It starts with an idea, something that is very/slightly different to what is already available
  2. As take up grows, it becomes the norm, the must have, the thing others measure themselves by
  3. Strengthen the idea and get the most out of it. This will lead to the creation of variants of the core (then goto ‘1’).
